Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Idea to Market (I2M) Workstream Lead to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure!
KP Snacks is partnering with our parent company, Intersnack, to deliver a transformational programme aimed at streamlining systems and processes to support long-term growth and efficiency.
As part of this, we’re seeking a Project Manager to lead the Idea to Market (I2M) workstream within the UK’s Project One Programme. This role is central to the successful implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring progress aligns with programme milestones and fostering clear communication between UK teams, Intersnack group counterparts, and key stakeholders.
The I2M workstream encompasses core functions including Product Lifecycle Management, New Product Development, Recipe and Specification Management, Packaging, R&D, and Consumer Services. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing delivery, and supporting change management activities to ensure a smooth transition into business as usual.
What’s in it for you?
We believe in giving back and making sure you're happy and thriving. Here's a taste of what we offer:
Annual salary of circa. £75000
Annual bonus scheme, with an excellent track record of over achievement.
Car cash allowance of £7500
Comprehensive Healthcare Support – Access to a Medicash Health Cash Plan or Private Healthcare, including a Digital GP service, Best Doctors (Second Medical Opinion Service), and specialist Cancer Care for peace of mind when you need it most.
KP Pension Plan - contribution matching up to 7% of your salary
25 days holiday + holiday buy scheme
KP4ME - online benefits, discounts, prizes, competitions and information platform with access to mental, physical and financial wellbeing information and tools
What will you be doing?
Lead the planning, coordination and end-to-end delivery of the I2M workstream, taking full ownership of project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. You’ll use structured project management methodologies to ensure each phase — from business process walkthroughs to system testing and go-live — is executed with precision. Your ability to manage complexity and drive accountability will be critical to the workstream’s success.
Drive the successful implementation of a new ERP system across diverse and interlinked business functions, such as New Product Development, Recipe Management, and Consumer Services. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we innovate and launch products, bringing consistency and efficiency to critical business processes while overcoming the challenges that come with transformational change.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, Intersnack group counterparts, and the wider Project One UK team to create a cohesive and high-performing project environment. You’ll foster open communication, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned and engaged, enabling the seamless integration of UK operations with group-wide strategies.
Play a key role in enabling KP Snacks to deliver future growth and operational efficiency by supporting the standardisation of systems and processes across the business. Your contribution will have a tangible impact on how products are developed and brought to market, driving real value across functions and setting the foundation for long-term success.
Gain valuable exposure to international project delivery and complex change management, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a wide range of stakeholders. This role offers the chance to build on your existing project management skills while learning about global business systems and strategic programme delivery, with support and development opportunities throughout.

Job requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
You’ll bring a solid foundation of knowledge, ideally gained through a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, giving you the confidence to navigate complex projects and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong project management skills are essential, as they will enable you to plan, coordinate and deliver effectively within a collaborative team environment. Your ability to structure workloads, manage timelines and anticipate challenges will help drive the success of the I2M workstream and support your colleagues in delivering shared goals.
You’ll have demonstrable experience of leading or contributing to the delivery of projects, preferably within a technical or transformation-focused environment. Whether you’ve managed full project lifecycles or led specific workstreams, your transferable skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management and delivery planning will be highly valued.
Experience working within a wider technology programme or managing a specific workstream is desirable but not essential. If you’ve worked on systems change or cross-functional initiatives before – even in a different sector – we’d still love to hear from you.
A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or APM PPQ is a bonus and reflects a commitment to professional standards. Most importantly, you’ll be aligned with KP Snacks’ values – acting with integrity, taking ownership, and working together to drive progress and continuous improvement.
