Shift: Flexi-shift working 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) on a rotating days and nights basis across a 24/7 operation. The pattern includes a mix of weekdays and weekends, followed by 9 consecutive days off before repeating.

As a Brake Team Member, you’ll be hands-on in operating machinery, supporting production targets, and contributing to continuous improvement. You'll play an important part in maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and product quality, while actively supporting our IWS (Integrated Work System) ways of working.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality work. Previous manufacturing or food industry experience is desirable, but not essential – full training will be provided.

• Operate a range of machinery confidently to support daily production targets.

• Tackle varied tasks across the production line, ensuring each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of performance, safety, and hygiene.

• Play a vital role in ensuring product quality by performing checks and resolving issues using IWS tools.

• Gain hands-on experience and develop your skills through on-the-job training and exposure to continuous improvement practices.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: 

• A good standard of literacy and numeracy, helping you navigate day-to-day tasks confidently and accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, supporting team success and a smooth production flow.

• Experience in manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment is beneficial, but transferable skills from other sectors are equally valued.

• Holding a Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential – we provide full training to help you succeed.

• A proactive attitude, ownership of your work, and a willingness to support others all reflect the values we champion at KP Snacks.
