About the role

As a Warehouse Team Member at KP Snacks, you will play an important role in keeping our operations moving. Based at our Ashby site, you will support the flow of materials from goods-in through to production, helping ensure our snacks are made and delivered to the highest standards.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will focus on safety, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering great opportunities to learn new skills and develop your career. What will you be doing?

• Managing goods-in and storage
  Offload deliveries and accurately store materials using our Warehouse Management Systems with Putaway of finished goods pallets, as well as order picking and vehicle loading.

• Supporting production operations
  Ensure materials are available to keep production lines running smoothly

• Maintaining a safe working environment
  Follow all safety, quality and hygiene standards to protect colleagues and products

• Working as part of a team
  Collaborate with colleagues to keep the warehouse organised, efficient and flexible

• Building your skills and capability
  Develop your knowledge of warehouse systems and processes, with opportunities to grow

• FLT licence (Pivot Steer highly desired)
  A current FLT licence is preferred, particularly Pivot Steer, however training can be provided

• A team-focused approach
  Strong communication skills and a willingness to support others

• A proactive and positive mindset
  Ready to take ownership and get stuck into day-to-day tasks

• Relevant experience or transferable skills
  Background in a warehouse, production or similar environment is helpful but not essential
