You’ll work closely with the Head of OD & Talent, HR Leadership and site HR teams to deliver a forward-thinking TA strategy that supports our growth and reflects our values. From employer branding and early careers to recruitment operations and capability building, you’ll make a real impact on how we position KP Snacks as a destination for talent. You’ll lead and coach our Recruitment Partner, build strong relationships with hiring teams and senior stakeholders, and continuously improve how we recruit - ensuring every candidate has a positive, inclusive experience.

What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

  • £6000 annual car cash allowance

  • Annual bonus scheme, with a strong track record of overachievement

  • Comprehensive healthcare support – including Medicash Health Cash Plan or Private Healthcare, Digital GP, Best Doctors second opinion service and specialist cancer care

  • KP Pension Plan – contribution matching up to 7% of your salary

  • 25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more

  • KP4ME – our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the development and delivery of our Talent Acquisition strategy
Shape a forward-thinking approach that aligns with business priorities, workforce planning and our ambition to be a destination for talent

  • Build strong partnerships across HR and the wider business
Work closely with HR Business Partners, site HR teams and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Provide insights on market trends, workforce challenges and recruitment performance to influence decision-making and drive strategic outcomes

  • Oversee recruitment operations across all UK sites
Ensure consistent, inclusive and high-quality hiring experiences, supported by efficient processes, systems and third-party relationships

  • Continuously improve our recruitment tools and systems
Optimise workflows, reporting and candidate experience through effective use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other platforms

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition budget
Monitor spend, evaluate sourcing channels and ensure cost-effective recruitment with measurable return on investment

  • Coach and develop the Recruitment Partner
Provide day-to-day support, guidance and development opportunities to build capability and ensure effective delivery of operational recruitment

  • Lead our employer brand strategy
Collaborate with Communications to activate campaigns that enhance KP Snacks’ visibility and reputation as a great place to work

  • Design and deliver Early Careers programmes
Develop apprenticeships, internships and graduate schemes that support talent pipelines and reflect our commitment to diversity and inclusion

  • Equip hiring teams with recruitment best practice
Partner with L&D to deliver toolkits, training and coaching on interviewing, candidate engagement and inclusive hiring

  • Deliver actionable recruitment insights
Use data and analytics to inform decisions, drive accountability and identify opportunities to improve how we attract and hire talent

  • Stay connected to external networks and trends
Bring fresh thinking and external insight into KP Snacks to evolve our approach and stay competitive in the talent market
