Sales Administrator - 12-month FTC

About the role
You’ll support the Demand Team with routine administrative and analytical tasks, freeing up the team to focus on adding value and project work.
You’ll maintain and update analytical tools used by Demand and Sales Teams, keep customer systems accurate, and manage forecasts in our forecasting system under the guidance of Demand Planners. You’ll also play an active role in team meetings and wider Supply Chain events.

What will you be doing?
Compile and submit new line and promotion nomination forms to customers, ensuring accuracy against live plans
Maintain and update the Brand Image Library, including approving images, raising orders with Brandbank, and tracking status
Execute forecast changes in Blue Planner as directed by Demand Managers and maintain SKU assortment and financial adjustments
Download and manipulate EPOS data from customer systems, sense-check outputs, and upload to QLIK and Blue Planner
Refresh and update Demand Team analytical tools and trackers weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely handover

Job requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good numeracy and attention to detail, with the ability to sense-check data
Experience working with internal stakeholders and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of processes
