About the role
As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our lines running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll operate packing and process machinery, carry out quality checks and support changeovers – all while maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and teamwork. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that takes pride in making the snacks people love, and you’ll have the chance to learn new skills and grow your career in food manufacturing.

• Operate packing and process machinery with confidence and care

• Carry out product testing and quality checks to meet high standards

• Support changeovers and cleaning routines to keep lines running smoothly

• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets

• Contribute to continuous improvement and line efficiency
