  • 25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more

  • KP4ME – our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more

What will you be doing?

  • Owning payroll delivery
Leading monthly payroll processing end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full reconciliation

  • Managing statutory requirements
Handling complex calculations, submissions and compliance with confidence and attention to detail

  • Partnering with the business
Working closely with Human Resources and teams across KP Snacks to resolve queries and improve ways of working

  • Improving processes
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting and strengthen compliance

  • Driving continuous improvement
Supporting system development and projects that improve the payroll experience for our colleagues
