Annual salary of £47,496.
Annual bonus scheme, with a strong track record of overachievement
Comprehensive healthcare support – including Medicash Health Cash Plan, Digital GP, Best Doctors second opinion service and specialist cancer care
KP Pension Plan – contribution matching up to 7% of your salary
25 days holiday, plus the option to buy more
KP4ME – our online platform for benefits, discounts, wellbeing tools and more
What will you be doing?
Carrying out hands-on maintenance and repairs across production and site equipment to keep operations running smoothly
Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns, reducing downtime through effective fault-finding and continuous improvement
Collaborating with Shift Engineers, production teams and contractors to ensure safe, efficient and aligned ways of working
Supporting site performance by maintaining high standards in health, safety and food quality
Building technical expertise through PPM development, accurate record-keeping and knowledge-sharing
