Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure!
The Marketing team is responsible for bringing our brands to life and making them resonate with consumers. With a deep understanding of our customers, our Marketing team shapes the strategies that build brand loyalty, drive growth, and keep us connected to snackers across the country. Through creativity, consumer insights, and impactful campaigns, this team ensures that our products reach and delight people everywhere.
This is an exciting job share opportunity (3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday) to manage and lead the growth of a fantastic portfolio of well-loved family snacking brands. You’ll be responsible for some of the most iconic names in UK snacking – including KP Snacks’ highest RSV brand Hula Hoops, as well as our lighter snacking favourites Pom Bear and Penn State pretzels.
You’ll also take the lead on our high-profile sports sponsorship with the ECB (England & Wales Cricket Board), overseeing The Hundred – an innovative, cricket-based platform now in its fifth successful year and a standout part of our brand activation.
Working in a collaborative job share arrangement, you’ll lead a team of three (including two direct reports), shaping brand strategy, delivering brilliant marketing plans and championing consumer-first thinking. You’ll also play a key role in driving forward our People & Planet commitments and creating a culture where people and brands can thrive.

What will you be doing?
Driving strategy and growth for a £280m+ portfolio, including Hula Hoops and lighter snacking brands
Leading our strategic partnership with ECB and The Hundred to deliver standout brand engagement
Collaborating cross-functionally and with agencies to create and execute bold, insight-led brand plans
Delivering impactful campaigns, innovation and NPD that delight consumers and grow the business
Coaching and developing a high-performing team while learning from a supportive job share model

Job requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Strong experience at Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager level, ideally in FMCG
Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire teams in a fast-paced, creative environment
Skilled in brand strategy, innovation, creative development, data analysis and agency management
A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork, inclusion and cross-functional working
Enthusiasm for purpose-led brand building aligned with our values of trust, ownership and agility
