As a Machine Operator, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our production lines. Working as part of a skilled and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality products while maintaining our strong focus on safety, consistency, and excellence.

What will you be doing? 

• Operate and monitor production machinery to deliver high-quality snacks to our customers.

• Take on the exciting challenge of identifying and addressing equipment defects to maintain peak performance.

• Work closely with your team to meet daily production targets and support a smooth-running line.

• Play a key role in maintaining product standards, safety, and equipment reliability through quality checks and autonomous maintenance.

• Gain hands-on experience with Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) routines and develop your skills in defect handling and basic maintenance.

• Your problem-solving mindset and attention to detail will help the team meet targets and keep things running smoothly.

• Experience in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment is great, especially if you’ve used transferable skills like teamwork or equipment handling.

• If you have technical knowledge of machinery or food production, that’s a bonus – but don’t worry if not, we’ll provide the training you need.
