Continuous Insights Manager 

Slough (our Head Office) 

Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week on site

 

Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Continuous Insights Manager to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure! 

 

This is a fast-paced, insight-driven role where you’ll turn market data into powerful stories that help shape our brand strategies. You'll lead regular reporting on market performance and shopper behaviour, providing clear, actionable insights to our commercial teams. From monthly brand reviews to deep-dive analysis on Tyrrells, Butterkist and our heritage brands, you'll support teams in spotting opportunities and tackling challenges head-on.

What will you be doing? 

  • Own the delivery of regular market and brand performance reporting, turning complex data into clear, commercial insight.

  • Tackle exciting analytical challenges through deep dives into shopper behaviour and brand performance to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with brand, category, and insight teams, as well as agency partners, to deliver joined-up thinking and actionable outputs.

  • Drive real business impact by informing strategic decisions and influencing key stakeholders with timely, insight-led recommendations.

  • Expand your expertise by working with industry-leading data sources like Nielsen, Kantar, Mintel, and IGD, while supporting colleagues with platform training and insight access.

Job requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: 

  • Bring a naturally curious mindset and strong analytical thinking – ideally degree-educated with a passion for finding the story in the data is key.

  • Use your data literacy, attention to detail, and comfort with tools like Excel to contribute meaningful insight and support team success.

  • Draw on experience from previous data or analytics roles, with transferable skills in pattern recognition, problem-solving, and commercial thinking.

  • Experience with Nielsen (NIQ), Circana Data, and Kantar – but don’t worry if you haven’t used them all; we’re open to helping you grow.

  • We’re looking for someone who lives our values – someone who’s collaborative, curious, and always looking to go beyond the obvious to make a real impact.
