In this role, you'll partner closely with our category and brand teams, contributing to business strategy, forecasting, and brand development. You'll take the lead on our continuous insights agenda, focusing on our core brands including McCoy’s, Hula Hoops, KP Nuts, Tyrrells, popchips, PomBear, and Butterkist. Your work will involve generating and translating consumer, market and brand data into meaningful insights that drive category performance and support wider business growth. What will you be doing?
Deliver regular, insightful performance reporting to the business, including clear, actionable commentary through tools such as the Period Performance Review (PPR) presented to the Senior Management Team.
Explore key business questions through deep-dive analysis, identifying trends and areas of concern, and providing strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and agency partners, including Category, Marketing, Finance, and external providers like Nielsen and Kantar, to deliver enhanced insight and drive continuous improvement.
Drive measurable impact by shaping brand, sales, and innovation strategies with robust forecasting and external market analysis, supporting both short- and long-term planning.
Gain exposure to high-profile strategic processes, such as Growth Planning and NPD evaluation, offering a fantastic opportunity to expand your analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.

Job requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
You’ll bring a solid understanding of continuous research tools such as Nielsen, Circana or Kantar, and enjoy applying these to uncover valuable market insights.
Your analytical skills will help turn data into compelling stories, contributing to a collaborative team that delivers clear, actionable recommendations to drive growth.
Experience in a similar role, whether client-side or agency-based, will have equipped you with transferable skills in insight generation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial thinking.
While experience in FMCG, food, or drinks is ideal, we welcome applicants from other data-driven sectors with a passion for insight and a strong numerical focus.
