About the role

As Business Account Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of KP’s long-term commercial strategy across key customer channels. You’ll manage a high-performing team, build strong relationships with partners, and take ownership of account performance, driving growth through joint business planning, distribution, and new product launches.

The role involves working closely with internal teams including Marketing, Category, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver brand activation campaigns, respond to tenders, and identify new opportunities. You’ll use data and insight to shape decisions, improve performance and ensure commercial excellence.

We’re looking for someone with experience managing customer accounts in FMCG, with a strong track record of delivering against commercial targets. You’ll be confident using data to influence decisions, skilled at negotiation, and passionate about building partnerships. What will you be doing?

  • Lead the development and delivery of long-term commercial strategy across key customer channels

Job requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you can bring:

  • Proven experience managing customer accounts in FMCG, with a strong understanding of the Foodservice channel

  • Ideally brings knowledge of the impulse category and how to drive growth through shopper and category insight

  • Confident leading teams, with a track record of coaching and developing others to achieve their potential

  • Commercially focused, with experience delivering against revenue, margin and volume targets

  • Skilled at using data to influence decisions, build customer strategies and drive performance
