Shift: Flexi - 5-week rotational pattern - 12 hour shifts, 24/7 | 07:00 - 19:00, 19:00 - 07:00.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of packing, process, and flavouring machinery to produce high-quality products that meet our exacting standards. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, meeting output targets, and maintaining excellent housekeeping, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. You will work both independently and as part of a supportive team, taking ownership of your tasks and contributing to improved line performance and efficiencies.

What will you be doing? 

• Operate and maintain a range of packing, process, and flavouring machinery to meet production targets.

• Take on challenges to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to improve line performance and efficiencies.

• Uphold the highest housekeeping, health & safety, hygiene, and product quality standards.

• Develop your skills through training in food safety, testing procedures, and specialist machinery.
