Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Booker Customer Service Specialist to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure!  

In this important role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day relationship with Booker, ensuring accurate and timely order placement across a wide KP Snacks product range. Working closely with colleagues in Supply Chain, Sales, Warehousing and Transport, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and maximising product availability. Based in Slough two days a week, and visiting the customer site in Northamptonshire once a week, you’ll build strong collaborative relationships that help us and our customers succeed. What will you be doing? 

• Managing daily order placement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across KP’s Booker portfolio

• Taking on the challenge of proactively managing stock for promotions, new launches and delists

• Building trusted relationships with colleagues, customers and 3PL providers to deliver great service

• Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce waste

• Developing your knowledge of order management systems and processes, with ongoing learning opportunities

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: 

• Knowledge of supply chain processes and order management systems

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail, supporting a collaborative team environment

• Experience in order management, customer service or supply chain planning, with transferable skills welcomed

• Experience of working with retailers or food & drink customers is desirable, but not essential

• A positive, proactive approach aligned to KP’s values of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
