Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Booker Customer Service Specialist to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure!
In this important role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day relationship with Booker, ensuring accurate and timely order placement across a wide KP Snacks product range. Working closely with colleagues in Supply Chain, Sales, Warehousing and Transport, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and maximising product availability. Based in Slough two days a week, and visiting the customer site in Northamptonshire once a week, you’ll build strong collaborative relationships that help us and our customers succeed. What will you be doing?
Managing daily order placement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across KP’s Booker portfolio
Taking on the challenge of proactively managing stock for promotions, new launches and delists
Building trusted relationships with colleagues, customers and 3PL providers to deliver great service
Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce waste
Developing your knowledge of order management systems and processes, with ongoing learning opportunities

Job requirements
We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Knowledge of supply chain processes and order management systems
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail, supporting a collaborative team environment
Experience in order management, customer service or supply chain planning, with transferable skills welcomed
Experience of working with retailers or food & drink customers is desirable, but not essential
A positive, proactive approach aligned to KP’s values of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement
